1. Architectural Licensing Boundary

TelarisBio maintains a strict and physically verified boundary separating our proprietary domain algorithms, anatomical ontology engines, and third-party imaging assets:

• Core Engine & Runtime (`telaris_core/`): Distributed under the Apache 2.0 license, protecting developer freedom while enforcing runtime safety invariants.
• Anatomical Atlas Meshes (`atlas/`): Imaging and volumetric segmentations derived from academic datasets (such as KiTS23 and SPL/NAC Abdominal Atlases) are partitioned within isolated directories with their respective CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and permissive 3D Slicer licenses.
• Automated CI Boundary Guard: Continuous integration scripts verify that no copyleft or non-commercial atlas asset contaminates or embeds into the core engine runtime.

2. Intellectual Property & Academic Incubation

TelarisBio operates as an independent deep-tech venture incubated at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). The proprietary mathematical architectures, verification gates, runtime re-tuning routines, and domain-specialized language model architectures developed by the founder and company represent the sole intellectual property of TelarisBio. Any incubation agreement entered into will govern the terms applicable at that time.

3. Trademarks & Citations

"TelarisBio", the Telaris logo mark, and the phrase "Agent-Maintained Human Physiology Shadow" are proprietary marks of TelarisBio. Third-party names, medical ontologies (FMA, Terminologia Anatomica), and institutional marks remain property of their respective creators and are cited strictly in accordance with academic standards.
